2015 to 2019
We bought this little piece of paradise in January 2015. We fell in love with it the moment we set foot in the old farm house and took in the breathtaking view. It is a little slice of heaven.

The population varies as nature plays out but they are truly a delight.

But first things first. We had planned a couple of years travelling around Australia but what to do with all our "stuff" - motor bikes, utes, furniture, white goods?

Poinciana Place has beautiful stands of forest flowing down the hillside but the Camphor Laurels and Cocos Palms - and other nasties - were taking over.
It was time to get these interlopers under control.

It's a big block and much of it is very steep.

We had to rebuild the retaining wall beside the garage.
Garry donned his engineering hat and this was the result. Solid as!
